SurfPig has dinner at Doug Sauls BBQ in Nashville, NC.
BBQ, Fried Chicken, Brunswick Stew, Cabbage and Squash – all fantastic. Better get there early as the dining room fills up before 5:30.
The BBQ isn’t smoked, but with it’s light seasoning and clean BBQ – it’s hard to beat. And don’t skip the country vegetables.
SurfPig often gets several quarts of the vegetables above to go as you cannot find them this good in the city.
