SurfPig checks out TRUE BBQ, Myrtle Beach, SC
The BBQHWY led SurfPig to stop in and check out TRUE BBQ’s new location on Grissom Parkway in Myrtle Beach, SC. BBQ had great smoked flavor using a combination of Apple, Hickory and Oak wood to achieve its balanced flavor. TRUE has a gracious staff that is attentive and upbeat. TRUE BBQ is working on the flavor profiles for smoking their own bacon and hams, something SurfPig is anxious to try when ready!
