This is an honorable mention for a great barbecue restaurant that is no longer operating. I used to detour when near the Triangle to stock up on O.T.'s barbecue. Cook with both hickory and oak it had a great smoke flavor that I have not found since. Gone but not forgotten, OT's was some of the best 'cue on the BBQHWYtm.
