The Original Little Richards BBQ was opened by Richard Berrier on Country Club Road in 1991. His slow cooked Lexington style BBQ took Winston Salem by storm. Cooked over hickory coals, it is then hand chopped and smothered in his own secret sauce before being served to customers. This traditional pit cooked BBQ has folks coming from all around to “EatMoPig”. The demand for his mouth watering BBQ led to the opening of a second Original Little Richards BBQ in Wallburg.
