Food For The Southern Soul
We produce and handcraft items in our commercial kitchen in Charleston, South Carolina. Not only do we utilize local ingredients, we grow many of our own products ~~ We cultivate and harvest our Lavington Farms Charleston Gold rice at our family farm just south of Charleston. We also grow sugar cane which we harvest by hand and cook down to cane syrup in a 100- year- old kettle over an open flame. In addition, we make our own Jerusalem Artichoke Relish, Vegetable Soup, Okra Soup, Creole Sauce, Blackjack Barbecue sauces and many other Southern delicacies."
